Green Houses of God

Small Christian Group – Cause Community – Cell Groups = Home = GreenHouse of God

I came across of a sentence “God's original plan called for the home to be a sort of GREENHOUSE—a nurturing place”.

We have heard many sayings that The Cause (my church) is a Home; and the smaller homes are called Cause Community.  Mari kita bedah kata per kata (Define the word by word): 

Home: A family living together _{(http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/home)}

GreenHouse: A structure enclosed (as by glass) and used for the cultivation or protection of tender plants

Why is then a Home is = to a GreenHouse?

_{Home will then be considered as Cell Groups, Small Christian Groups, Cause Community (in my church) from now on on this article}

Home is where a FAMILY lives together; where then each member can bond, share, communicate, experience, grow, and many other things together. 

Home = GreenHouse ? Why? How?

Greenhouse is known to grow plants even in areas that are not conducive to grow plants. Why do we even need a greenhouse? It allows greater control over the growing environments of plants (though some conditions still cannot be controlled). 

Greenhouses may be used to overcome shortcomings in the growing qualities of a piece of land, such as a short growing season or poor light levels, and they can thereby improve food production in marginal environments.

Home is then a place where each members with shortcomings can be improved and grow as a better person in Christ. We come and we share our shortcomings, we listen to teachings, others stories , inspired by each others, motivated by each other, learn together, and experience joy and pain together.

This world is not a conducive part for we believers to live on so that is why God has planted and built many “Greenhouses” (Big and Small) on this world so that the believers can grow and be fruitful. 

The big Greenhouses are Churches and the Small ones are the Communities, Small Groups, Cause Communities, KomSels, Cell Groups, and many other names people name it.

We learn and grow deeper about God and His Will there. We practice to love (as God is Love) each other and contribute as we can within our own parts and capacities and we then grow together in these Green Houses.

Why is the world not a Conducive place for Believers anymore?

Just like plants, the world is not near to a Conducive environment for plants to grow and be fruitful to what God has set its standard before. We see many plants died and not even grow to its Godly Qualities as of before because there are Pests, Diseases, Extremes of heat and Humidity, water and air deteriorate qualities, and many other negative factors.   

That is just the “fallen world” that we have lived in. We are also experiencing those negatives factors just like the plants are living. We live in the world with Crazy Attitudes, Whacky Entertainments, Horrific News, Subliminal Negativity and many many more. Then Are we living in a Condusive place anymore? 

This is why Green Houses are built by God for all of us to be Nurtured and Maintained as a believer on this Fallen World. This is more the reason why believers should go to these ‘ Greenhouses’ to receive restorations, nutrition, help, and many more to keep growing and fruitful.

Matthew 7:17

Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

How do we become a good tree that bears good fruit? Enter and Join the GreenHouses that God has built for us on this world
